Are you ready to explore the next level of practice but you're not sure how? Learn step-by-step how to get into intermediate postures safely. Each week we will deconstruct poses from every category of asana including: backbends, inversions, hand balances, hip openers, forward bends, twists and binds. Svadhyaya (study of yourself and sacred texts) is a major theme of this course. Your understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and form will expand as you explore more complex asanas and receive individual feedback from the teacher and assess your own practice. This series is for the dedicated yoga student who is looking for more growth than they're getting in typical all-levels classes.
