Kindness' 200-Hour Vinyasa Flow Teacher Trainings

Join your favorite Kindness teachers and walk a path that may leave you changed forever. The Kindness Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training is an in-depth journey for two groups: dedicated students who wish to deepen their understanding of yoga, and those who hope to become yoga teachers. This extraordinary opportunity to study with senior instructors is designed to inform both your practice and your life… and awaken the heart of the teacher.

Our well-rounded curriculum exceeds Yoga Alliance standards, and upon completion students may register at the RYT-200 level.

WHAT SETS US APART?
We believe that delving deeper into yoga – whether to teach or simply for the sake of studentship – requires a training that will develop both your skills and your heart. It demands an intimate setting where attention is personal, trainers create relationships with each of their students, and close bonds and long-term friendships can blossom between trainees. We also believe that it takes a village – a diverse, inclusive studio community of teachers, classes, workshops, and students – all ready to help lift trainees to the height of their own unique potential.

That’s the kind of training we have created.

In Kindness Yoga Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training you will learn the most critical skills of teaching yoga, including poses, alignment, speaking and cuing, creative sequencing, and much more. But we will also facilitate your growth as a student. You will practice the skills of inquiring, learning, understanding, and sharing so that you can continue to explore whatever calls out to you. You will be exposed to the enormous diversity Kindness Yoga has to offer, and have the opportunity to practice with great teachers in styles that you love.

Our approach emphasizes practice teaching. From the very first week, you will work with your fellow trainees to prepare and deliver fantastic sequences, themes, and presentations. By the end of your training, you will be able to teach an entire class – and you will have the opportunity to do so on the Kindness Yoga schedule! This is a wonderful method even if you don’t intend to teach after your training; the skills and techniques that create a great yoga teacher also build self-confidence, discipline, and presence that will help you access your potential and seek happiness in all areas of your life.

Kindness Yoga Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training goes far beyond the physical. We are the only teacher training program in this part of the country incorporating a full weekend of potent breathwork and group facilitation with renowned speaker, author, and teacher Christian de la Huerta. You will also have the opportunity to meet many other distinguished guest lecturers sharing topics including Yoga Nidra, energetics, therapeutic applications of yoga, prenatal yoga, and much more.
