Rock the foundations by taking a detailed look at everyday postures. Basic doesn’t always mean easy. Strengthening the foundation helps permit progress and avoid injury. In this course you will learn how to practice and teach the biomechanics of asanas, break poses and concepts down into simple steps, teach beginners & all levels, observe and improve postures, recognise common misalignments, and focus on the key actions within every category of asana. You will walk away with inspiration, tools and a plan for how to teach basic yoga better. Here’s how to help your students grow from the ground up!!
